Frederick Mutual Insurance Company’s President & CEO, Nancy Newmister, announced the promotion of Bob Pelletier from Assistant Vice President and Claim Manager to Vice President - Chief Claim Officer. Bob is directly responsible for the successful growth and performance of Frederick Mutual’ s claim operation. Bob joined FMIC in August 2016 and is a longtime veteran of the insurance industry. He has a true passion for risk mitigation and can’t imagine himself in any other industry. During his career, Bob has held several claim leadership positions at some of the most respected names in the property and casualty industry. He is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Justice and Law Administration.
